During July to August, we accept bookings from Saturday to Saturday. Outside the high season we can be more flexible with start days and length of stay, short breaks etc.

Arrive no earlier than 1600 hours to enable us to prepare barn ready for your holiday.
Depart no later than 1100 to enable us to prepare barn for next occupants.

We do not accept bookings from persons under the age of 18 yrs.
The barn is not available for stag/hen weeks/weekends or parties of a similar nature.
The person who makes the booking is responsible for their party.

We charge £20 extra per week for any pet coming with you and ask that you bring the pets bed/bedding – only one pet allowed.

A 25% non refundable deposit sent within 7 days of booking will secure the cottage for you for the days/weeks booked. When booking please supply us with your name address and telephone number.  Please indicate number of adults and children and if a pet is coming with you.

The balance is due six weeks before the start of your holiday.  If booking is made within the six week period, then full payment is required.

If you need to cancel the holiday, we will endeavour to re-let the property.  If we can re-let the barn, we will refund all monies over the deposit. We strongly advise insurance against this happening.

If for any reason the property becomes unavailable for the booked period we will refund all monies to the hirer.

Please read the access statement and note that the barn is a conversion and has some irregular features e.g. low ceiling beams, non standard stair risers, doorways etc.
Please make yourselves aware of these abnormalities especially as a parent of young children or if you have any people with mobility problems in your party.

Every effort has been made for your safety and comfort.  If however you have cause for complaint, please contact us immediately to help us resolve any issues.  We can not subsequently consider any complaints or enter into any correspondence about them when your holiday is over.

HIRERS OBLIGATIONS

When you book your holiday, you agree to the following:

Inform us of any breakages or malfunctions with facilities as soon as they become apparent, so that repairs or replacements can be made.

Allow us access to the property to carry out urgent maintenance.

Raise any issues/complaints during your stay as we cannot subsequently consider any complaints or enter into any correspondence about them when your holiday is over.

Take reasonable and proper care of the property and leave it in a clean and tidy condition.

Not to sub-let or share the property except with the persons included in the booking or subsequently included by agreement with the owner.  The maximum number of persons the barn can accommodate comfortably is four and one infant and this must not be exceeded.

Vacate the barn on day of departure no later than 1100 to enable the owners time to prepare barn for next occupants.

Pets must have their own bedding or floor covering to sleep on.

Do not allow pets on soft furnishings such as chairs and beds.
